Privacy Policy
BakeMemo 不会自动把你的个人数据发送给开发者，不出售或追踪你的数据。

你的烘焙记录属于你。它们保存在本机，并可选择同步到你自己的 iCloud 私有数据库。
我们收集什么
BakeMemo 不接入任何广告或第三方分析 SDK，也不会向开发者发送炉记、配方、原料、照片、成本金额或你输入的任何文字。
匿名使用统计（默认开启，可关闭）：为了解哪些功能有用，App 会把少量使用计数发送到开发者自己在 Cloudflare 上托管的统计接口：首次打开、访问的固定 App 页面名称与次数（不包含页面内容或导航路径）、每天是否打开（以及距首次打开第几天）、第几次完成烘焙记录（只有序号）、付费页从哪个入口出现、购买开始/成功/未成功的方案类型和原因大类、恢复购买，外加 App 版本、iOS 大版本、系统语言、设备是 iPhone 还是 iPad、App Store 商店国家或地区及正式或测试环境。商店地区不是设备定位；我们不读取定位权限、GPS 或 IP 地理位置。每批还附带仅用于补传去重的临时令牌，不代表设备或安装，服务端定期删除超过 46 天的批次回执。每条只精确到日期。这些数据不含姓名、邮箱、Apple ID、广告标识符、设备标识或任何安装 ID，不与你的身份关联，也不用于追踪或广告。Cloudflare 作为托管方在传输时会看到连接 IP，统计接口不读取、不保存它。你可以在「设置 → 隐私 → 分享匿名使用统计」随时关闭，关闭后不再记录，尚未发出的统计也会删除。
购买月度/年度订阅或永久版时，付款、账单资料、税费、退款和 Offer Code 兑换由 Apple 与 App Store 处理。BakeMemo 只通过 StoreKit 接收经 Apple 验证的产品标识、交易状态和当前使用资格，用于解锁不限炉数；开发者不会取得你的完整付款卡资料。购买记录同时受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
只有当你主动选择“意见反馈”并在自己的邮件 App 中确认发送时，你的邮件服务商才会把发件地址、邮件正文、BakeMemo 版本和 iOS/iPadOS 版本发送给开发者。这些信息只用于回复和排查问题，不用于广告或画像。你可以通过同一邮箱要求删除相关邮件。
数据存在哪里
- 本机：草稿、个人默认原料价和计时只存在你的设备上；炉记也会保存在本机。
- 你自己的 iCloud（可选）：已入档炉记及其中由你选择的照片、评分和备注，可通过你的 Apple CloudKit 私有数据库在设备间同步。数据由你的 Apple 账户持有，开发者没有用于浏览用户私有炉记的后台。草稿、个人默认价和计时不进入 iCloud。
- 导出文件：你可用 App 内导出功能生成本地
.bakememo文件；是否分享、发给谁完全由你决定。
照片与通知
- 照片：通过系统 PhotosPicker 选择。App 只接收你主动选择的图片，不读取整个相册；图片不会上传给开发者。
- 通知：可见通知只用于你主动开始的烘焙计时，不用于营销或召回。CloudKit 可能使用 Apple 的静默远程通知同步变化；它不会向开发者发送炉记内容。
我们不做的事
不做跨 App 或网站追踪，不投放广告，不建立用户画像，不出售数据；除上面写明的托管与 Apple 服务外，不与第三方共享数据。
儿童
本 App 不面向儿童营销。未成年人使用时，应由监护人按当地规则判断是否适合。App 不会向开发者发送其炉记内容；匿名使用统计可在设置中关闭。
你的控制权
- 可将单条炉记移到回收站，并从回收站永久删除。
- 永久删除已同步炉记时，App 会从你的 iCloud 私有数据库删除对应记录；你也可在系统 Apple 账户与 iCloud 设置中管理 BakeMemo 数据。
- 卸载 App 会移除只存在本机的数据；导出的文件由你自行保管或删除。
政策变更与联系

Your baking records belong to you. They stay on your device and can optionally sync through your own private iCloud database.
What we collect
When you buy a monthly/yearly subscription or the lifetime option, Apple and the App Store process payment, billing details, tax, refunds, and Offer Code redemption. BakeMemo receives only Apple-verified product identifiers, transaction status, and current entitlement through StoreKit to unlock unlimited bakes. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase handling is also governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
BakeMemo includes no ads and no third-party analytics SDK, and never sends the developer your bake logs, recipes, ingredients, photos, cost amounts, or anything you type.
Anonymous usage statistics (on by default, can be turned off): to learn which features help, the app sends a few usage counts to an analytics endpoint the developer hosts on Cloudflare: first open, fixed app page names and visit counts (no page content or navigation paths), whether the app was opened that day (and how many days since first open), the sequence number of each completed bake (just the number), which entry point showed the paywall, purchase started/succeeded/not completed with plan type and a broad reason, and restores, plus app version, major iOS version, system language, whether the device is an iPhone or iPad, App Store country or region, and production or test environment. Store region is not device location; we do not access location permissions, GPS or IP geolocation. Each batch has a temporary token solely to prevent duplicate retries; it does not identify a device or installation, and is kept briefly by the server, which periodically deletes batch receipts older than 46 days. Each entry carries only a date. None of it includes your name, email, Apple ID, advertising identifier, device identifier, or any install ID; it is not linked to your identity and is never used for tracking or ads. Cloudflare, as the host, sees the connecting IP in transit; the endpoint does not read or store it. Turn it off anytime in Settings → Privacy → Share Anonymous Usage Analytics; recording stops and unsent statistics are deleted.
Only when you choose Feedback and confirm sending a message in your own mail app does your email provider deliver your sender address, message, BakeMemo version, and iOS/iPadOS version to the developer. We use them only to reply and troubleshoot, never for advertising or profiling. You may ask us to delete the related email.
Where your data lives
- On your device: drafts, personal default ingredient prices, and timers stay only on your device. Bake logs are also stored locally.
- Your own iCloud (optional): archived bake logs, including photos, ratings, and notes you choose to attach, can sync through your Apple CloudKit private database. The data is held by your Apple account; the developer has no backend for browsing users’ private bake logs. Drafts, personal default prices, and timers do not go to iCloud.
- Exported files: you can create a local
.bakememofile from the app. Whether and with whom you share it is entirely your choice.
Photos and notifications
- Photos: selected through the system PhotosPicker. The app receives only the images you choose, does not read your whole photo library, and never uploads them to the developer.
- Notifications: visible notifications are only for bake timers you start, never marketing or re-engagement. CloudKit may use Apple’s silent remote notifications to sync changes; they do not send bake-log content to the developer.
What we do not do
No cross-app or website tracking, ads, profiling, or selling of data, and no sharing with third parties beyond the hosting and Apple services described above.
Children
The app is not marketed to children. A guardian should decide whether it is suitable for a minor under local rules. The app never sends the minor's log content to the developer; anonymous usage statistics can be turned off in Settings.
Your controls
- Move an individual log to Trash and permanently delete it there.
- Permanently deleting a synced log removes the matching record from your private iCloud database. You can also manage BakeMemo data in Apple Account and iCloud settings.
- Uninstalling removes data that exists only locally. Exported files are yours to keep or delete.
